More Than A Survivor: More Than A Story Photography Exhibit Comes to Phoenix!
The More Than A Survivor: More Than A Story photography exhibit features a series of 22 stunning portraits of women from across the country who are all human trafficking survivors and now leaders within their own professional fields. I am so proud and honored to be one of the 22 women selected to be part of the More Than A Survivor Campaign and the Survivor Leadership Institute.
On July 31st, 2015 we will be kicking off the event at {9} The Gallery, a local survivor owned and operated, art gallery. I am so excited to be sharing this night with so many of the women I call friends who exemplify what leadership looks like and how sisterhood can and will create change.
This event will help the community and individuals working in the anti-trafficking field to see survivors for their incredible talents and leadership roles within our community, aside from our stories. Showing the community we are more than survivors, and more than our stories.
